Solovair

Maison Solovair has existed since 1880! it will be necessary to wait for the Sixties, to see leaving workshops NPS, the first pair of Doc Martens. Like many companies of the time, Doc Martens did not have its own factory, and thus subcontracted the manufacture of its shoes to English manufacturers. For 35 years NPS will manufacture under license Docs Martens by Solovair. In 1995, Doc Martens relocated all of its production to Asia. NPS decides to adopt the name of Solovair (Sole-of-Air) instead of NPS and to continue the production of these shoes without going through the Doc Martens brand.

Solovair has selected British Shoes The English shoe specialist since 1979 as its main Parisian partner. Available in store and online.
